Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully our cancellation policy here at Rainbow Bay Resort is as follows;


Low/ Mid/ High Season (school holidays) & Events: Cancellations outside of 14 days you will receive a full refund. Within 14 days you will forfeit your deposit. In the event you are a no show, total tariff will be charged.


Christmas/January Holiday Bookings commencing 20th December-20th January : 50% of your stay is due 30 days prior to your arrival

Bookings cancelled 30-14 days before you are due to arrive you will be charged your full deposit amount -. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged the total cost of your stay


No Shows - Full cost of accommodation total is forfeited.


3 Bedroom Penthouse Bookings - We will require a $600.00 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. 50% of the remaining tariff will be due 30 days prior to your arrival and the remainder will be required 7 days prior to your stay. In the event of a no-show full tariff will be charged. 


We DO NOT accept Year 12 Schoolie bookings, we will refuse entry at check in stage.
