IMPORTANT INFORMATION We have a strict 'no party policy' - no gatherings or events that involve excessive noise, large numbers of guests or distruptive behaviour. We aim to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Any guest hosting a gathering and causing excess noise and disruptive behaviour will be evicted and the balance of their accommodation will be forfeited - no refunds. **We DO NOT accept Year 12 Schoolie bookings, we will refuse entry at check in stage.&nbsp; Identification is required at check in to verify all guest details. You may also be asked to supply a credit card hold for incidental damages or expenses. Any extra guests or visitors must register with Reception. Bookings are reserved for a maximum of 4 guests per room, unless Management agrees otherwise. Please read carefully our cancellation policy here at Rainbow Bay Resort is as follows; Low/ Mid/ High Season (school holidays) &amp; Events: Cancellations outside of 14 days you will receive a full refund. Within 14 days you will forfeit your deposit. In the event you are a no show, total tariff will be charged. Christmas/January Holiday Bookings commencing 20th December-20th January : 50% of your stay is due 30 days prior to your arrivalBookings cancelled 30-14 days before you are due to arrive you will be charged your full deposit amount -. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged the total cost of your stay No Shows - Full cost of accommodation total is forfeited. 3 Bedroom Penthouse Bookings -&nbsp;We will require a $600.00 non refundable deposit at the time of booking. 50% of the remaining tariff will be due 30 days prior to your arrival and the remainder will be required 7 days prior to your stay.&nbsp;In the event of a no-show full tariff will be charged.&nbsp;4 Bedroom Penthouse Bookings - We will require a 50% of the total tariff to secure your booking, with the remainder being due 30 days prior to your arrival. Bookings cancelled within 30 days forfeit 50% deposit. In the event of a no-show, full tariff is non-refundable.
