Booking & CANCELLATION POLICY for Penthouse only -  We will require a $600.00 deposit at the time of booking. 50% of the remaining tariff will be due 30 days prior to your arrival which will be non refundable should you cancel with in the 30 days. The remaining balance will be required 7 days prior to your stay.  In the event of a no-show full tariff will be charged.
